Website Taking On New Look

A new look is emerging on BYU's Athletic Department web page at www.byucougars.com.

In partnership with Novell, the site has been moved from a contracted company in Florida to Novell's Provo-based offices this past summer so that it can spend more time on development.

Additionally, websites for the Cougar Club, Cosmo's Kids' Club, the Marriott Center Ticket Office and parts of the BYU Bookstore have joined the byucougars.com site.

Links trough these related areas now make it easier for fans to become more involved with BYU Athletics. A new composite calendar has been added through two features, one of which is a scrolling week-at-a-glance option. A link has been created for BYU on TV so fans around the nation can learn how and when to watch Cougar sports.

The site is being streamlined and modified to offer more complete services to fans. The Kids' Club link offers monthly profiles of an athlete and a club member, as well as birthday listings of club members. Plans are underway so fans can better purchase athletic apparel and tickets through the website.

The newly-launched Cougar Club link offers several options to members and fans.

Fans who have previously logged into the Cougar Club, ticket office or byucougars.com before last summer may want to bookmark this site to speed up log in time.
