2001 Football Media Guide Now On Sale
Hot off the press is BYU's 2001 Football Media Guide which features 272 pages packed full of updated player bios, hundreds of photos, current records, and an updated depth chart.
In fact, one of the few things not included is the recently-scheduled game with Tulane in the fifth-annual Black Coaches Association Classic on Aug. 25, because the media guide was just rolling off the presses when that game was finalized.
For the cost of $10 plus shipping and handling, fans can purchase the inaugural media guide of the Coach Gary Crowton era. The guide is 16 pages larger than last season, which also won national and regional awards.
In addition to bios on Crowton and his new staff several other additions are in the media guide. Information about the inaugural New Orleans Bowl, BYU's proposed Indoor Practice Football Facility, a listing of captains in school history, accounts of memorable games and a photo featuring trophies from 16 of the 19 championships BYU won last season in the Mountain West Conference are included.
Featured on the front cover is All-America linebacker candidate Justin Ena and on the back cover are color photos of the Cougar offensive line.
