BYU Cheer Tryouts 2021 – April 30 & May 1

IN PERSON TRYOUTS

• Registration starts at 3pm.
• Tryouts start at 4pm.
• Fill out online application BEFORE attending tryouts. You may bring all other items (physicals, letters of recommendation, etc.) with you to the tryout if they cannot be mailed.
• Before you will be allowed to tryout, you must complete and turn in the Tryout Physical Form. 
• We will follow CDC and Covid guidelines for tryouts. Covid test with a negative result may be required in order to tryout.
• We are hoping to conduct tryouts in person; however, if Covid numbers are high we may have to adjust and have an online tryout.

NOTE: ALL Physicals MUST be within the last THREE months prior to tryouts and MUST be conducted by an MD or doctors office. We cannot accept physicals from a chiropractor.

• Read the Judging Criteria.
• Bring a Printed Photo Copy of your Drivers License  and proof of Insurance to submit at registration check-in.
• Bring the $20 Tryout Fee - CASH ONLY!
