Freshman Year 1987-1988

Played mostly in non-league games to spare Jim Usevitch at center ... scored six points against Hawaii and five against Central Connecticut State ... grabbed three key rebounds in big road win at UTEP ... was a crowd favorite for hustle and aggressive play.

Sophmore Year 1990-1991

Was the backup post to 7-6 freshman Shawn Bradley ... played forward for the first time against Colorado State in Provo and had nine points and seven rebounds off the bench ... was named to the all-tournament team in the WAC post-season tourney ... at times he doubled with Bradley, playing a power forward ... had 19 points, 13 rebounds and three blocked shots against Hawaii in the WAC tourney.

Junior Year 1991-1992

Was first team All-WAC selection ... also an All-WAC Tournament, All-District 13 (NABC), All-District 7 (USBWA) and All-Red Lobster Classic pick ... was also an honorable mention pick for the Basketball Times All-Rockies team ... earned WAC Player of the Week honors March 9th on strength of a 27-point, eight rebound performance in a 14 point win over Utah in Salt Lake City ... scored game winning basket at buzzer against Utah in Provo ... had double digit rebounding games five times with a high of 18 against McNeese State ... led team in scoring with 14.2 average and rebounding with 6.6.
