Mac just recently returned from LDS Church mission in Denmark. He lettered on Watts’ varsity squad in 1953-54 as a sophomore before accepting mission call. Madsen is as sharp as ever but may find it tough to crack starting five. He is quick, very alert and hits very well from outside.

Mac launched varsity career five years ago, but was interrupted with church mission overseas. He lettered as sophomore, then returned to win letter in ’58. An all-stater from Boise, Mac plays fine all-around game. A fine dribbler, passer, nice outside shooter. Also plays outfield on baseball team. Served mission in Denmark.
