Was the student-body secretary at Brighton High School in Salt Lake City ... lettered three times in basketball ... was two-time all-state, playing all five positions for the Bengals ... led the State 5A class in scoring his junior year ... led his team to the state title in 1996 ... averaged 18.5 points 6.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game ... coached by Jim Jimas (BYU) ... signed letter with BYU in November 1995 and went on a mission before enrolling at BYU last year.
