Junior Year 1999-2000

Wesley was BYU's leading rebounder (5.8 rpg) and second leading scorer (16.8 ppg) as a junior ... named to the Mountain West Conference Second Team ... one of three players to start all 33 games (also Lyday and Vranes) ... finished sixth in the MWC in scoring and had the leagues highest scoring conference game with 34 points vs. Wyoming ... finished the year in 19th place on the all-time BYU scoring list with 1,171 points in three years ... led BYU in scoring for most of the year and scored just nine points less than Terrell Lyday overall ... was BYU's top scorer in 17 games and scored in double figures in 30 of BYU's 33 games, including a string of 18 straight at one point of the season ... scored 20 or more points in 11 games and had one game with more than 30 points ... during BYU's three-game NIT run he scored team-high 10 points at Notre Dame, had 16 points and game-high 9 rebounds vs. Southern Illinois and 13 points and team-best 7 rebounds vs. Bowling Green ...
