2018 Indoor

• Started the season taking first in the 3000m at the Cougar Invitational (8:15.93)
• Set a personal record in the 3000m with a time of 8:02.80 at the Columbia Challenge (14th place)
• Ran a career-best 13:54.71 in the 5000m at the Iowa State Classic (15th place)
• Took fourth place in the 5000m at the MPSF Indoor Championships with a time of 14:01.10

2017 Outdoor

• Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors
• Placed second overall in the 3000m steeplechase at the Oxy Invitational with a time of 8:47.18
• Qualified for the NCAA West Prelims where he placed 15th overall in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 8:57.75

2018 Outdoor

• Received first-team All-America honors after running an 8:40.15 to take seventh place in the 3000m steeplechase final at the NCAA Championships (finished third in the steeplechase semifinal with a time of 8:39.97 to advance to final)
• Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors
• Earned a career record in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 8:36.76 to finish seventh at the NCAA West Preliminary Round to advance to the NCAA Outdoor Championships (No. 7 all-time at BYU)
• Began the season with a first-place finish in the 3000m steeplechase at the USC Trojan Invitational (8:50.64)
• Placed ninth overall in the 5000m at the Stanford Invitational (13:49.66)
• Took first in the 3000m steeplechase to score for BYU at the Pepsi Invitational (8:46.69)
• Finished 34th overall in the 5000m at the Mt. SAC Relays (14:25.35)
• Ran an 8:41.49 to take third in the steeplechase at the Payton Jordan Invitational

Indoor

• Took seventh place in the 5000m at the 2019 MSPF Indoor Championships with a season-best time of 14:01.82
• Competed in four meets during the 2019 indoor season

Outdoor

• Received All-America Second Team honors after taking 10th place in the 3000m steeplechase (8:53.45) at the NCAA Outdoor Championships
• Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors
• Ran a career-best 8:36.25 in the steeplechase at the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds to advance to Nationals - No. 7 all-time at BYU
• Recorded the ninth-fastest 10,000m in school history with a time of 28:36.07 at the Mt. SAC Relays
• Qualified for regionals in the steeplechase with a time of 8:38.62 at the Stanford Invitational
• Competed in five meets during the 2019 outdoor season

Indoor (2021)

• Competed in two meets for the Cougars, including a fourth-place finish in the men’s 3000m with a personal-best of 8:21.36 at the BYU Cougar Indoor I. 

Outdoor (2021)

• Competed in seven meets for the Cougars, including the NCAA West Preliminaries and Championships. 
• Took first in the men’s 3000S with a time of 8:47.48 at the Hayward Premiere. 
• Took second in the men’s 3000S with a time of 8:40.11 at the Oregon Twilight. 
• Finished 23rdat the NCAA Championships preliminary with a time of 9:11.34 in the men’s 3000S.
