An acronym for Celebrating Loyalty and Achievement for Staying in School®, the Senior CLASS Award focuses on the total student-athlete and encourages students to use their athletic platforms to make a positive impact as leaders in their communities.

Jerry West Shooting Guard of the Year Award
The Jerry West Shooting Guard of the Year Award is awarded by the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame to the nation’s top shooting guard. The winner of the Jerry West Award will be determined by a combination of fan votes and input from the Hall of Fame’s selection committees. The winner of the inaugural Jerry West Award will be presented at ESPN’s new College Basketball Awards Show Presented by Wendy’s from Club Nokia in Los Angeles, California, on Friday, April 10, 2015. The Awards will be televised live on ESPN2 at 8:00pm EST.

Wooden Award
The Wooden Award is presented annually to the outstanding collegiate basketball Player of the Year. The Award’s blue ribbon National Advisory Board selects the ballot of approximately 15 candidates for the Player of the Year and All-American Team honors. The winner will be announced at the College Basketball Awards Show Presented by Wendy’s.
