Cougars return home seeking season sweep of LMU

BYU basketball opens the second half of West Coast Conference play with a home contest against Loyola Marymount Saturday in the Marriott Center at 7 p.m. MST. Saturday's game will be televised live on BYUtv and broadcast live on the Cougar IMG Sports Network, 102.7 FM/1160 AM and BYU Radio – Sirius XM 143.

In the season’s first meeting with Loyola Marymount, BYU overcame an 18-point deficit to win 81-76 in Los Angeles on Dec. 31. Trailing 76-70 with just under three minutes to go, the Cougars used an 11-0 run that included a 3 from Nick Emery and a pair of 3s from TJ Haws to complete the comeback. BYU has won the last seven games against the Lions.
