Final Road Game in December is at Utah State
After picking up a 75-72 victory at CS Fullerton, the BYU women’s basketball team (6-3) makes its final road game of the month at instate rival Utah State (4-4). The Cougars and Aggies play on Sat. Dec. 19 at 5 p.m. in Logan.

The Utah State Aggies have compiled a 4-4 overall record so far this year picking up their latest win, a 58-46 home victory over North Dakota State Monday night. At home, they are undefeated with a 3-0 record. The Aggies return three starters and a total of seven letterwinners from last year’s team that went 16-15 overall and 9-7 in the WAC, finishing tied for 5th place. Junior guard/forward combo Amber White leads the team in scoring averaging 12.5 points per game while teammate Lydia Whitehead tops the list in the rebound category grabbing 6.6 boards per contest. In the assists and steals categories junior guard Alice Coddington leads the way with a total of 17 and 19 respectively. Head Coach Raegan Pebley enters her seventh season at the helm of the women’s program at Utah State.

BYU hasn’t lost at the Spectrum since Dec. 7, 1978, when the Aggies picked up a six-point, 78-72 victory.
