Prepped at Provo High where he was coached by his Dad ... was first-team all-region and second-team all-state ... team won 1997 state championship ... lettered twice in golf and three times in basketball ... basketball team was two-time state champions.

FRESHMAN - (1998): Played at Dixie College for former BYU infielder, Mike Littlewood, who led that team to an eighth-place finish at the JC World Series.

Freshman Year

Sophmore Year 2001

Hit .301 with three doubles and one triple ... had 16 RBI and 30 total bases ... struck out only six times in 83 at bats ... went three-for-four against Cal in a 4-0 win ... went two-for-five with three runs scored and an RBI against Mesa State ... went two-for-four at home against New Mexico ... went three-for-four with two runs scored and an RBI agains New Mexico in the Mountain West Tournament ... hit .538 in the Mountain West Tournament with two runs scored and three RBI ... was Academic All-Mountain West.

Junior Year 2003

Batted .435 in 21 MWC games he appeared in ... Law was 2-for-2 in the series against Utah with an RBI and a run scored ... he did not commit an error at first base during conference play.

Senior Year 2004

Started 45 games at first base ... had a season high three hits at San Diego State in a 12-2 BYU win ... hit .266 with three doubles and 22 RBI ... stole a career high seven bases ... had 12 multi-hit games on the season ... knocked in three runs and scored three times in a 22-14 victory over Air Force on May 21 ... ended the season with a season high eight-game hitting streak.
