At BYU

In 2002: Moved to right tackle from right guard after teammate Ben Archibald was lost for the season prior to the season-opener.


In 2001: Saw action in a reserve role throughout the season, playing in all 14 games... played offensive line for top-ranked offense in the nation (averaging 46.8 points and 542.8 yards per game)... provided protection for Heisman Trophy candidate Brandon Doman, who threw for over 3,500 yards... a key blocker for Doak Walker Award winner Luke Staley, who scored 28 touchdowns and rushed for 1,596 yards on the season.
