In 2001: Earned All-MWC Academic honors ... competed in nine regular season games as a junior... played a significant role as a key reserve player on the offensive line... helped provide protection for the nation's top offense.
Before BYU
A three-year letterwinner at Othello High School... graduated in 1997... earned coaches' award as a senior... named offensive and defensive line first-team all-conference as a junior and senior... a first-team all-state selection as a senior.
A two-year starter at Ricks College... earned first-team All-Western States Football League and All-America honors as a junior.
Competed in 10 games during the season, including nine starts at right guard...earned letterman honors as a senior...provided pass protection for an offensive unit that produced an average 381.8 yards per game.
