Indoor: 

• Began BYU career with a second place finish in the discus (41.54m) and an 11th place finish in the shot put (11.06m) at the BYU Indoor Invitational 
• Competed in the shot put at the Air Force Team Challenge (10.06m) and the Mountain States Games (10.92m)
• Recorded an indoor best throw of 11.69m in the shot put at the Air Force Invitational 
• Concluded the indoor season with an 18th place finish in the shot put (10.36m) at the Weber State Indoor Meet 

Outdoor:

• Won the discus event with a career best toss of 47.71m in the Utah Valley Invitational
• Finished fourth in the discus (43.64m) and sixth in the shot put (12.90m) during the Robison Invitational
• Placed second in the discus with a mark of 43.86m at the Mt. SAC Relays
• Earned a third-place finish with a discus toss of 46.61m during the Rafer Johnson/Jackie Joyner-Kersee Invitational

Indoor:

• Started the season with a second-place finish in the discus with a mark of 44.38m during the BYU Invitational. Also finished sixth in the shot put  with a throw of 12.42m.
• Took 12th in the shot put with a mark of 12.11m at the Air Force Invitational
• During the Air Force Team Challenge, placed fifth with a mark of 12.96m (42-6.25)
• Finished 25th at the MPSF Indoor Championships in the shot put with a mark of 12.08m (39-07.75)
