Thursday SDSU Game Postponed

Because of muddy field conditions, BYU's baseball game at San Diego State has been postponed until Friday afternoon.

The Cougars, 10-9, will play a doubleheader on Friday, with the first game broadcast live at 1 p.m. MST over KSRR radio locally (1400 AM). Game two against the Aztecs, 9-7, will be at 7 p.m. MST, but will not be broadcast live locally. However, fans can listen live on the Internet at goaztecs.fansonly.com/sports/m basebl/sdsu-m-basebl-sched.html

Both of Friday's games are scheduled to be nine innings.

Meanwhile, the 5,800-pound, 138-foot-long teflon covered canopy-roof made by Birdair was hoisted over the grandstands and press box at BYU's Miller Park on Thursday.
