Academic All-Conference

Ten baseball players from BYU were named this week to the Mountain West Academic All-Conference team.

Pitcher Bryce Searle (exercise science major) was the only freshman named to the team. Catcher Casey Cloward (international studies major) was the lone sophomore from BYU's baseball team named to the squad.

Pitcher Tyler Heid (history major), outfielder Kory Knell (management major), outfielder Beau Seil (psychology major), second baseman Wade Vest (exercise science major) and catcher Adam Wilkes (Russian major) were the only juniors named for BYU.

Pitcher Tyler Dabo (communications major), centerfielder Brock Jacobsen (management major) and Mike Weingarten (sociology major) were BYU's seniors named to the team.
