Cougars Announce JV Football Schedule

PROVO -- BYU head coach Gary Crowton today announced the Cougars will participate in a two-game junior varsity football schedule, beginning Friday, Aug. 30 against Dixie State College.

"We're excited to have this opportunity that will allow some of our guys to get some valuable game-time experience," Crowton said. "We feel these games will play a significant roll in the development of our program, especially for our younger players."

The JV squad will take on Dixie State College at LaVell Edwards Stadium on Friday, Aug. 30, followed by a Saturday, Sept. 7 contest at Snow College in Ephriam, Utah. Times for both games will be released at a later date.

All seats for the Cougars' game against Dixie State will be $5. There will be no reserved or discounts seats available.
