Bosco, Bradford Named Co-Offensive Coordinators

PROVO -- BYU head football coach Gary Crowton today announced Robbie Bosco and Todd Bradford have been named co-offensive coordinators for the 2003 season.

"I've been very pleased with the chemistry in the offensive staff room," Crowton said. "I like how each coach has been able to contribute to the staff. Lance [Reynolds] is doing an excellent job as the assistant head coach, and I like the way Todd and Robbie are able to contribute. They are both very knowledgeable and are great coaches. In looking at various aspects of our offense, I think having these two coaches involved in coordinating things will make a significant impact."

Bosco, who will be entering his 15th season as an assistant coach at BYU is responsible for coaching the quarterbacks. Bradford, who was recently hired as the wide receivers coach, is entering his first season in Provo after coaching defensive backs at Middle Tennessee, Wisconsin and Louisiana Tech over the past several seasons.

Crowton said he will be primarily responsible for calling the plays, while Bradford will provide key information from the press box. Bosco will be on the field to help coordinate play and personnel selections.
